As an opening thought - it must first be understood that each one of the twenty- seven Amendments which have been appended to the Constitution of this nation during the 240+ year history of the United States, is as much a part of that Constitution as if it had been written into the original document.  It should further be recognized, by those who might not be familiar with our Constitutional Law, that to amend that Constitution in any way, requires an approval for such revision (under Article V) by a two-thirds majority of both houses of the Congress, signature of the President and then ratification by three- fourths of our State Legislatures. Such a level of complexity and certification should act as a clear indicator - to even the casual observer - how seriously the founders of this nation regarded the integrity of their creation. “Laws” - particularly the laws which so forcefully govern all of our lives, are critical to the personal security of each and every   one of us, and cannot ever be allowed to be dealt with in a whimsical or trivial manner. Since our very existence depends on it, this truth must never be forgotten.

Not only has our current President forgotten this truth - but it’s seriously to be questioned, if he ever knew it in the first place. As evidence of the truth of this fact, that President has now voiced his intention to effectively repeal the Fourteenth Amendment - BY EXECUTIVE ORDER. Not only does such a voiced intention demonstrate this President’s total ignorance of the Constitution that he swore - to God - to preserve, protect and defend, but beyond question it flagrantly exposes the mind of a Tyrant - since, who but a Tyrant would scheme to deny “birthright” to countless thousands of native-born Americans?

What more can we further expect of his “Executive-Order Pen” - repeal of the Bill of the Bill of Rights - such as a free press, for example???

The more serious question at the moment is - in light of such flagrant ignorance of our laws, and their proper execution - by this President - what can we expect from the current political “leadership” of the houses of our current Congress?

Constitutional Amendment XIV

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
